I. Right to Cancel (Consumer)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Exclusions: The right to cancel does not apply to personalized goods (made to your specifications) or digital content (e.g., software keys) if you have started the download or received the key via email after giving express consent and acknowledging that you lose your cancellation rights.
• Cost of Return: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

II. B2B Transactions

1. No Statutory Right to Cancel: Business-to-business transactions are not covered by consumer cancellation rights. All B2B sales are final.
2. Liability: Liability for faulty goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at the Seller’s discretion, as permitted by the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
